These terms and conditions govern the use of RaraWin by all registered players. By creating an account and depositing funds, a player accepts these terms in full. RaraWin reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with material changes communicated to registered members by email in advance of taking effect.

Eligibility

• Players must be 18 years of age or older to register an account.
• Registration is limited to residents of the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions where online gambling is legally permitted.
• Only one account is permitted per player, per household and per payment method. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated bonus funds forfeited.
• RaraWin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, and to suspend an account pending satisfactory verification.

Account Registration

Players must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth and residential address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds obtained through the misrepresentation. Players are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity conducted through their account.

Welcome Bonus Terms

Wagering contribution varies by game type: slots and megaways titles contribute 100% towards the requirement, roulette, blackjack and baccarat contribute 10%, and live dealer games do not contribute at all. Any bet placed above the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any related winnings, at RaraWin’s discretion. Bonus funds not wagered within the stated time limit will be removed from the account automatically. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device and payment card, regardless of how many accounts are registered.

Other Promotions

Reload bonuses, free spins offers and other promotions advertised on the site or by email each carry their own specific terms, published on the relevant promotion page or communication at the time of the offer. Where a specific term conflicts with these general terms and conditions, the specific promotional term takes precedence for that offer only. RaraWin reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time, except where doing so would unfairly disadvantage a player who has already met the qualifying conditions.

Deposits and Withdrawals

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier before a transaction is confirmed.
• Withdrawals require successful completion of identity verification (know-your-customer checks), which must be completed before the first withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals are generally paid back to the original deposit method where possible. Where this is not possible, an alternative method will be agreed with the player.
• RaraWin does not charge a fee for withdrawals, though a player’s own bank or payment provider may apply charges outside of RaraWin’s control.
• RaraWin reserves the right to conduct additional anti-fraud checks on any withdrawal request, which may delay processing beyond the standard timeframes stated on the Payments section of the site.

Fair Play and Game Rules

All games offered on RaraWin use certified random number generators, independently tested and audited by accredited testing bodies. Game rules, paytables and return-to-player percentages are displayed within each individual game and form part of these terms. In the event of a verified technical malfunction, any affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded, regardless of the outcome displayed at the time of the malfunction.

Limitation of Liability

RaraWin is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site, including losses caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processing delays, or unauthorised access to a player’s account resulting from the player’s own failure to safeguard their login credentials.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of RaraWin that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure may be referred to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution provider, details of which are available on request from customer support.
